The store sells products to individuals of full age. The VAT is included in the product prices. We reserve the right to change the prices and shipping costs.

Ordering

Products are purchased by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the shopping cart's contents by using an online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. Unless otherwise stated, the contact information indicated during order placement will only be used for delivering the order or clarifying any doubts that may occur. By placing an order in the store, you acknowledge that you read and accepted the shipping conditions valid at the moment of placing the order. Please note that due to Corona restrictions, we are not able to ship to all European countries.

Customers outside the EU 

When you enter your contact details and your home country is outside the EU, the order is automatically exchanged to tax-free. 
Please note that customers outside the EU (and /incl. Norway) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the product reach your country of destination. All such charges are your responsibility. Valley Shop has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. If you refuse the package for this reason, customs authorities may charge Valley Shop an administration fee, and this fee will be deducted from the requested refund amount.

Order and payment confirmation

Immediately after receiving your order, we'll sent you an order confirmation to your email with information about the order. Make sure that you check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Keep the order confirmation in case you needed to contact the customer service. When contacting the customer service, always have your potential customer number and order number at hand. Always make sure that the parcel contents match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping costs contain both postage and packaging costs. The shipping costs displayed in the shopping cart are an estimate based on the primary shipping method. To see the exact shipping costs, select the desired shipping and payment method for your order. The available shipping methods depend on the shopping cart's contents and total weight. You are welcome to select at checkout the shipping method that suits your needs best. The exact shipping costs are displayed for all available shipping methods.

Delivery time

The most common delivery times in Finland are 1-5 days depending on the order and shipping method. Delivery normal time in Europe 2-8 working days.
The exceptions to these times may occur if the shopping cart contains out-of-stock products. You will be also informed about potential delays immediately after placing the order.

We do not take responsibility for delays that occurred on grounds of force majeure, or indirect losses caused by the delay. The online store will inform on its website about exceptions to the regular delivery times.

Return policy

Right of return

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received the delivery.
The customer has the right to exchange or return part of the order or the entire order in Finland.
The customer pays the postage for foreign shipments.

The products that are returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and be in sales condition. The product is unused, undamaged and clean. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the requirements.

If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a clear message about your decision to withdraw from the agreement by e-mail we will then give you the customer return information that you can use to return the product / products.
The deadline for the right of return is fulfilled by returning the products within 14 days of receiving the order.


Effect of exercised right of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs in Finland, not from abroad. (extra delivery costs will not be counted as a result of you choosing any other delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).

The refund will be made without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have received the return and reviewed it. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you yourself used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed with us otherwise. In any case, the refund will not cost you anything.

You must return the item to us without delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which the notice of withdrawal was submitted. The withdrawal period shall be deemed to have been complied with if you return the goods before this 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible only for the reduced value of the goods as a result of handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods.

Unclaimed Package

If you do not collect the delivery and do not announce that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, the handling fee, return shipping and handling costs will be charged.

In the event of a problem

If a product has been lost or damaged in transportation, or does not match your order, notify us within 14 days by writing to the e-mail address indicated in the Right of cancellation and return policy section. If the package has been clearly damaged during transportation, file a complaint immediately to the logistics company whose shipping method you selected.

Toimitusaika

Yleisimmät toimitusaikamme Suomeen vaihtelevat tilauksesta ja toimitustavasta riippuen. Poikkeukset toimitusaika-arvioihin on kerrottu, jos ostoskorissa on varastosta loppuneita tuotteita ja ilmoitamme myös mahdollisista viivästyksistä teille välittömästi tilaamisen jälkeen.

Emme vastaa ylivoimaisen esteen aiheuttamista viivästymisistä tai viivästysten aiheuttamista välillisistä haitoista. Verkkokauppa tiedottaa sivuillaan poikkeavista toimitusajoista.

Palautusehdot

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Lunastamaton paketti

Lunastamatta jättäminen ei ole sama asia kuin palautus tai peruutus. Lunastamatta jätetystä paketista, josta ei ole tehty erillistä peruutusilmoitusta, perimme toimituskustannukset.

Ongelmatilanteet

Mikäli tuote on kadonnut tai vioittunut kuljetuksen aikana tai se ei muuten vastaa tilaustasi, tulee sinun ilmoittaa virheestä viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa kirjallisesti Peruutusoikeus ja palautusehdot -kohdassa mainittuun osoitteeseen tai soittamalla yhteystiedoissa mainittuun puhelinnumeroon. Jos paketti on selvästi vaurioitunut kuljetuksessa, teidän täytyy tehdä välittömästi asiasta reklamaatio valitsemanne toimitustavan kuljetusyhtiölle.
